Shipping Policy

We work with many reputable shipping partners such as DPD, APC, Tuffnells and Parcel Force to offer a timely and dependable delivery of our products to the customers. 
Free Standard Shipping time vary from 2 to 14 working days depending on the item and your post code.
Please note that the delivery times are guidelines only. You will normally receive a dispatch information email with full order tracking details. The delivery times may elapse sometimes due to unforeseeable circumstances like severe weather conditions or road accidents. Delays due to such circumstances are beyond our control.
You will receive an email or text message the day before delivery to confirm dispatch of your order. There must be some one present at the destination to receive and sign for the goods received.
Please note, free delivery orders will be delivered in one trip, where possible.
As sometimes the case may be, due to unforeseen reasons a situation may arise which is beyond our control and prevent us from delivering goods to you on time. We will do our best to keep you informed and strive to find the best solution. We therefore recommend that you do not dispose of your old furniture/mattresses until you have received your goods from us and you are satisfied with them.

Failure to Receive Scheduled Delivery

Most items delivered by us require an adult present at home, and may require signature. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that some one is present at the delivery address at the time/day of the delivery is scheduled (for which you would have received an email or text). If for some reason you are unable to be present, please inform us as soon as possible. A failed attempt by courier to deliver an item may incur extra charge. In some instances, courier driver may leave the package in a safe place or your neighbours and leave a note. In any case the courier will always take a photograph when a delivery is attempted. If the parcel is left in a safe place it is customer’s responsibility to remove it as soon as possible.

Delivery Areas

We regret that Free Standard Delivery offer does not apply to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), overseas addresses and the following UK postcodes:
GY, JE, HS, TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), BFPO, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, PH15-44, ZE. Scotland AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, HS, IV1, IV3-56, PH30

We may still be able to ship to the above areas for additional charges. Please contact us for more details.
Please also keep in mind that delivery may take longer than normal for the above postcodes.

Delivery Costs

We offer Free Standard Home Delivery to most of the UK on many items, excluding certain postcodes and unless otherwise stated. We charge nominal delivery rates on some of the heavy furniture, where stated (please check the product page). The delivery costs vary with size and volume of the goods, and will be shown at the time of the checkout.

Delivery Times

All deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (excluding bank/public holidays) any time between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot offer specific time deliveries.

Delivery times for out of stock goods

If you are interested in an item that is indicated as out of stock, we suggest that you contact us for advice before ordering. If you do decide to order an item that is indicated as out of stock there may be an additional lead time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any dispatch or delivery lead times for out of stock items.

Deliveries Further Explained

Lighter Goods

For some deliveries, the items will be delivered by a one man delivery service. It means delivery company can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. Unfortunately if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only as the delivery driver is not insured to enter private premises. Therefore please be aware that if you require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself.

Heavier Goods

Standard Delivery especially for heavier items are usually delivered by 2 men service. A customer may request our contracted deliverers to assist in taking the order into the premises but this will be at the discretion of the delivery team. In the rare event that damage occurs, our contracted deliverers unfortunately cannot accept liability for any damage either to the delivered product or to the customers property (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure) whilst assisting the customer with a request. Any consequent damage should fall under the customer’s household insurance.

Delivery Vehicles

Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle weighing up to approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of up to 14.3 Feet. Therefore it is responsibility of customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions as well as any difficult access points and un-adopted roads at the time of placing order. It helps us to deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our contracted vehicles, un-adopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.

For All Deliveries

Our contracted couriers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. Customer must arrange the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture themselves. Some local councils may recycle unwanted furniture free of charge but please contact your local council for further details. Our contracted couriers will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of flat packed orders is the responsibility of the customer.

Preparation for Delivery

Customers are advised when accepting goods to have protective sheets available as goods being delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and vehicles. We will not accept any liability for any damage caused to your flooring by soiling.

Damages

Please check your order on receipt and if you see or suspect any damages to your order please indicate this when you sign for the delivery and inform us within 24 hours. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.
